As Wellabe’s Internal Communications Consultant, Bekah Link not only keeps employees informed but she also tells their stories. She says she wouldn’t be a storyteller today if it wasn’t for her father, who believed in her talent and encouraged her to follow that passion. 

Before joining Wellabe one year ago, Bekah worked in fast-paced industries that helped her to learn, grow, and stay on her toes with external and internal communications. She has used those experiences to shape her current goals to help foster inclusion, employee engagement, and transparency within all internal communications.

“My favorite aspect of this job lies in the incredible teammates I have the privilege to work with,” she says. “From interacting with our employee resource groups to seeing our values lived out daily, I am energized by Wellabe’s collaborative, agile, and transparent culture of betterment, as well as the meaningful community work that we undertake as a team.” 

When asked where she wants to be within her role in five years, Bekah says she’s focusing on two ambitions. 

“I can’t think five years into the future, but my goal, for now, is to do what I am doing, but better,” she says. “Also, I want to continue to get to know people better within the organization.”
