New plan options will be available in 15 states

Wellabe launched new Medicare Supplement insurance options in 15 states1 on Sept. 1. The plans not only help pay out-of-pocket expenses not covered by Medicare, but also offer innovative features — a dental rider and accelerated underwriting.

Wellabe added an optional dental rider2 to its Medicare Supplement insurance plans to allow customers to receive a benefit for dental services during an office visit.

The application process was also streamlined through an accelerated underwriting feature that can approve applicants quicker. In many cases, applicants can bypass health questions and receive an approval within minutes of submission.

“As our product offerings continue to evolve, we also look for ways to enhance the buying experience,” said Dennis Case, chief sales officer at Wellabe. “Offering accelerated underwriting will simplify the application process and make it easier for agents to provide their clients with a solution that helps keep their health care in their control and within their budget.”

Underwritten by Medico® Insurance Company, Medico® Corp Life Insurance Company, and Medico® Life and Health Insurance Company, Wellabe’s Medicare Supplement insurance Plans A, F, High-deductible F, G, High-deductible G, and N offer flexible benefits to meet the unique needs of each customer. With a variety of options to choose from, customers can select a plan that’s right for them and have the freedom to go to any doctor or hospital that accepts Medicare.
