Carla Stuber has always felt that working in the project management field was her calling.

“Being disciplined and organized have been my strongest qualities. I have always been a list maker since the age of 4,” she says.

As a Project Portfolio Analyst 3, Carla is responsible for coordinating organizational project work across Wellabe, facilitating the Product Implementation team, and reporting on key metrics. 

“The empowerment to create new processes along with utilizing new technologies to enhance collaboration and teamwork within the project world must be one of the favorite parts of my job,” Carla says. “I am also blessed to work with people of integrity within my team and at Wellabe as a whole.”

Throughout her 18 years at Wellabe, Carla has achieved many accomplishments. Looking ahead, she aims to continue to evolve project management processes, methodologies, and metrics.

“I am proud of my ability to create structure around workflows to help create transparency within the organization,” she says.
