Dani Whitlow has been making an impact at Wellabe for 24 years. A former coworker encouraged her to make the necessary changes to pursue the career she has today. Now, Dani is a Technical Business Analyst 3 at Wellabe.
“One of my favorite things about my job is that I have the opportunity to help people,” Dani says.
She also enjoys working with the IT development teams as the Product Owner for a scrum team. She gathers requirements on projects, configures the underwriting system, and facilitates meetings, among other day-to-day tasks.
Dani takes pride in her work accomplishments, including receiving her Certification of Scrum Master and Certification of Product Owner. Both certifications have proven useful in her role on many occasions.
Looking ahead, she wants to help the company continue to improve efficiency.
