Finding solutions and collaborating excite Hollie Zeglen in her day-to-day role as a New Business Supervisor of the Image and Preneed teams.

“I like looking deeper and figuring out where we went wrong or how to fix it. I like when staff comes to me, and they’re having trouble figuring something out, and we can work together to find the solution,” she says. “The employees I lead teach me something new every day.” 

Hollie, who has been in her role for six years, not only has one, but two, mentors who work at Wellabe and have significantly impacted her career. 

“Joanne Turner encouraged me to apply for a position at Wellabe, which led me to meet Haley [Vermie]. They both believed that I could tackle difficult challenges,” Hollie says.

She confronts obstacles with her willingness to learn.

“I love learning new things. Since taking this role, I have learned indexing with the Image team,” she says.

Looking ahead, Hollie hopes her staff are happy and love what they do.

“I hope we continue to collaborate with other areas and understand how we can help each other,” she says.

Outside of work, Hollie enjoys attending concerts, working out, spending time with her family, and planning adventures.
