Linda Abel has built a 35-year career at Wellabe. Over the years, her departments have changed, but one thing remains the same: "I really enjoy helping others," she says. 

As an Identity Access Management Administrator 3, Linda ensures that each Wellabe employee has the appropriate access to technology resources.

“I love the variety and learning something new all the time,” she says. 

The great company culture initially drew Linda to Wellabe.

“I applied because I knew several people who worked here, and they liked the company,” she recalls.

A former employee encouraged her to work hard and demonstrate her abilities in order to move within the company. She has been part of the technology team, but now she is on the security team. Reflecting on her career, Linda can list many accomplishments.

“Currently, I’m proud of my work on the Access Auditor application. It’s been fun to be on the ground floor of something and see it become an asset to others,” she says.

Looking to the future, Linda hopes to continue to advance automation for more consistent processes.

Outside of work, Linda enjoys being a group fitness instructor and loves supporting her eight grandchildren in their activities.
