As the Transformation Partner in Wellabe’s Transformation Management Office (TMO), Sarah Consorti is deeply passionate about driving change within the organization.
“My job is to ensure that Wellabe not only achieves its transformation goals but also embeds the processes, mindset, and capabilities needed for long-term success,” she says.
Sarah’s professional experience, combined with her desire to make a meaningful impact, led her to her current role.
“Early in my career, I had the benefit of having an amazing manager who believed in my potential and helped me develop critical skills, eventually leading me into the world of business analysis,” she says. “I was inspired to join Wellabe because of our strong reputation, alignment with my personal values, and the opportunity for career growth and professional development.”
Sarah has enjoyed collaborating with people from diverse perspectives to achieve common goals.
“I’m most proud of the assignments and roles that I’ve taken on that have pushed me outside of my comfort zone, and ultimately, led to professional growth,” she says.
Looking ahead, Sarah hopes to continue to grow as a trusted partner and to drive impactful change across Wellabe and within the community. She has participated in events organized by the employee resource groups, and one volunteer opportunity particularly stands out as her favorite.
“During Rebuilding Together, it was heartwarming to see the homeowner's face light up with joy and gratitude upon seeing her transformed yard. Sitting down to chat with her, she shared stories about her family and the memories tied to her property, reminding me of the profound impact of such work,” she says.
Also, outside of Wellabe’s walls, Sarah likes to collect records, attend concerts, travel, try new restaurants, and get outside with her daughters and their massive German Shepherd.
