For the fourth straight year, Wellabe has been named one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces

For the fourth straight year, Wellabe has been named one of Iowa’s Top Workplaces. After jumping 12 spots last year to 22 in the midsized business category, this year Wellabe improved its ranking even further to number 18.

“What makes this award so special is that it’s based on employee feedback,” said Dave Keith, CEO. “I think it’s awesome we broke into the Top 20 this year. This is a testament to our desire to embrace our ‘Be better’ value and always look for ways we can continuously improve. I am so proud of everything we continue to accomplish as a collective team.”

Out of the 200 organizations in Iowa that took this year’s survey, 149 were designated as Top Workplaces. It’s a recognition that can’t be bought; it must be earned. Winners are chosen through a scientific survey process. Positive employee feedback on things that matter like feeling respected and supported, closely aligned, enabled to grow, engaged, empowered to execute, and fairly valued equal recognition. Fifty companies were awarded in the 2025 midsized category, and for the first time Wellabe earned a spot in the Top 20.

“I was thrilled when we learned Wellabe made the Top 20,” said Debbie DeCamp, Chief Brand and Communications Officer. “As we strive to be the brand of choice, we also want to be the employer of choice. Winning this award for the fourth year in a row shows we care about putting people first. And continuing to improve our position these past two years indicates our team is connected by our shared experiences, goals, and values and knows that what we do matters.”

This marks the 15th year Energage has partnered with the Des Moines Register to honor the best places to work in Iowa.
