Andrew Failor fell into the world of data by chance. When he was attending college, a friend told him about a new program the business school was starting. Andrew decided to join and became a part of the first graduating class. 

Now, as the AVP, Data Asset Manager, Andrew oversees Wellabe’s data engineering, data governance, business intelligence, and analytics engineering team. 

Andrew and his team have been working hard to implement and grow the Power BI program and influence Wellabe’s data strategy. 

“I love the complexity and innovation the job demands and that I get to significantly contribute to advancing our company’s strategy,” he says.

As he looks to the future, Andrew has a lot of goals for his role.

“I want to help us continue to evolve how we use data to shape our business, and I want to help separate our use of data as a significant competitive advantage,” he says.
